When you drop off your vehicle we open the file, submit the initial estimate, and coordinate directly with your adjuster. If hidden damage is found during disassembly we submit a supplement with photos so the additional work is approved before we proceed.

02How does the claim process work?[+]
Call your insurance to open a claim and get a claim number, then bring the vehicle to us. We take photos, submit the estimate, and communicate with your adjuster from there.
03Will I have to pay anything?[+]
Only your deductible, if your policy has one. We collect it at delivery. Some minor damage is worth paying out of pocket instead — we will show you the numbers both ways.
04What is a supplement?[+]
A supplement is an additional repair authorization for damage that could not be seen until we started the teardown. This is normal — we document it with photos and get approval before doing the work.
05Can I get a rental while you have my car?[+]
If your policy includes loss-of-use we coordinate the rental directly. If not, we can suggest rental partners near the shop.
06What if my car was written off but I want it back?[+]
You have options. Bring us the file and we will give you an honest second opinion. Many written-off vehicles can be safely and economically repaired.
